摘要
抗战爆发后,国共合作抗战并建立起一种基于实力又区别于传统军事对抗的政治竞争关系。中共通过呼吁建立抗日民族统一战线、推动国共合作抗战,跟国民党“比进步”,树立政治上的先锋形象。全民族抗战是新的时代主题下最集中的合法性诉求,中共提出国共两党政治上的先进性问题,打造抗日模范军,在根据地进行纪律严明的群众动员,推动国共两党的政治改进。一切有利于促进团结、进步抗战局面及争取抗战胜利的努力,成为民众建立新的合法性信念的基础。“比进步”话语帮助中共在国共合作与竞争中,通过军事对抗以外的较量建立自己的政治话语甚至政治优势,起到了争取政治支持、扩大政治基础的作用。
After the outbreak of the Anti-Japanese War,the Kuomintang and the CPC cooperated in the war and established a political competitive relationship based on strength,which was different from traditional military confrontations.The CPC called for the establishment of an Anti-Japanese National United Front,promoted cooperation between the Kuomintang and the CPC,and"competed in progress"with the Kuomintang to establish a pioneering image in politics.The national war of resistance was the most concentrated legitimate appeal under the theme of the new era.The CPC raised the issue of the advancement in the politics of both the Kuomintang and the CPC,built a model army of resistance against Japan,mobilized the masses with strict discipline in the base,and promoted the improvement in the politics of the Kuomintang and the CPC.All efforts that are conducive to promoting unity,advancing the situation of the Anti-Japanese War,and striving for victory in the war,have become the foundation for the people to establish new legitimacy beliefs.The discourse of"competition in progress"helps the CPC establish its own political discourse and even political advantages in cooperation and competition between the Kuomintang and the CPC through competitions beyond military confrontation,playing a role in winning political support and expanding political foundation.
