对硫酸亚铁铵制备实验的改进

摘要 硫酸亚铁铵[FeSO_(4)·(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4)·6H_(2)O]的制备实验是无机化学实验中的基础实验之一,该实验包括水浴加热、常压过滤、减压过滤和蒸发浓缩等基本操作。但是操作过程中存在一些不足,例如:无气体吸收装置,导致实验过程中产生的刺激性气味对呼吸道产生伤害;反应产生的氢气(H_(2))暴露在空气中容易引起爆炸;直接加热容易导致容器炸裂等。对该实验存在的不足进行了改进,从而达到降低成本、节约资源、减少环境污染、简化实验过程、提高实验安全性、提高产率的目的,使该实验更加完善。 The experiment of synthesis of ammonium ferrous sulfate[FeSO_(4)·(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4)·6H_(2)O]is one of the fundamental experiments in inorganic chemistry experiments class,which includes heating with water bath,filtration under normal atmosphere/vacuum,evaporation concentration,etc.But there are still some disadvantages existing in these performances,for examples,lack of gas absorption devices yields the harmful gas inhalation and exposure of H_(2)to air under the circumstances of heating is able to explode,heating without refluxing devices can lead to cracks of reaction containers,etc.Thus,new methodologies and instruments were designed to improve this experiment so that following aims can be obtained,such as saving resources,reducing environmental pollution,simplifying experimental courses and raising experimental safety and yields.
