摘要
分析了大数据时代高校科研技术平台网络化管理的意义,结合中国医学科学院血液病医院(中国医学科学院血液学研究所)重点实验室科研技术平台信息化管理的实践,总结了科研技术平台网络化管理的建设路径,从完善管理制度,加强资源整合、提升共享效率,建立合理收费及维修经费保障制度,实验技能培养几个方面,探讨了如何优化科研技术平台的管理。旨在为提高高校科研技术平台使用效率和管理水平提供参考。
This article analyzes the significance of networked management of scientific technology platforms in universities in the era of big data,combined with information management practice of scientific technology platforms in the State Key Laboratory of Experimental Hematology of the Institute of Hematology&Blood Diseases Hospital,summarizes the construction paths of networked management of scientific technology platform,and discusses how to optimize the scientific technology platform from five aspects:improving the management system,strengthening resource integration,improving sharing efficiency,establishing a reasonable fee and maintenance funding guarantee system,and training experimental skills.It aims to provide a reference for improving the efficiency and management level of scientific technology platforms in universities.
