摘要
小水电作为成本低廉的清洁再生能源在发展建设上长期受到国家的大力支持,对地方尤其是偏远地区发展的贡献尤为突出。随着设备的不断老化与管理的相对滞后也愈发凸显出在安全管理上的缺陷。本文以某小水电检修计划安排,在该站2F发电机组开展A修前电气预防性试验过程中,定子线棒发生绝缘击穿现象的实例,详细探讨了对该类型故障的处理方法,可供同类型电站处理相似故障参考借鉴。
As low-cost clean renewable energy sources,small hydropower stations have received strong support from the state in their development for a long time.Their contribution to the development of local areas,especially remote areas,is particularly significant.While,with the continuous ageing of the equipment and the relatively backward management,the shortcomings in their safety management become increasingly prominent.This paper introduces the treatment of an insulation breakdown fault of the stator bars in the 2F generator unit in a small hydropower station during the electrical preventive test before the level-A maintenance.The treatment methods for this type of fault are discussed in detail,which can be useful reference for the treatment of similar faults in similar power stations.
