摘要
高等职业教育是为国家经济社会发展提供强有力人才支撑的一种重要教育类型,其专业群的定位和发展要与区域产业群的发展相适应。国家基于“服务需求、就业导向”的基本原则,提出“专业设置与产业需求对接”的时代发展要求,高职院校应主动服务国家战略和区域经济发展需要,对接区域特色产业。坚持技术引领,专业建设与产业、行业、企业、职业、学业——六业对接,培养高端复合人才;坚持特色服务,聚力团队、平台、项目、资源——四方协同,推进专业群“专精特新”化转型升级;坚持文化互鉴,区域、校园、企业文化——三维共融,构建产教融合区域发展命运共同体,通过专业群与产业群协同发展,为区域经济高质量发展提供人才保障。
Higher vocational education is an important type of education that provides strong talent support for national economic and social development.The orientation and development of its professional groups must be adapted to the development of regional industrial groups.Based on the basic principle of“service demand and employment orientation”,the state puts forward the development requirements of the Times of“professional setting and industrial demand docking”.Higher vocational colleges should take the initiative to serve the national strategy and regional economic development needs,docking regional characteristic industries,adhering to the guidance of technology,professional construction and industry,profession,enterprise,occupation,study-six industries docking,training high-end composite talents;Adhere to the characteristic service,gather force team,platform,project,resources-four parties coordination to promote the professional group“specialized,refined,special and new”transformation and upgrading;Adhere to cultural mutual learning,regional,campus,corporate culture-three-dimensional integration,to build a community of destiny for the integration of industry and education in regional development,through the coordinated development of professional groups and industrial groups,to provide human resources for the high-quality development of regional economy.
