摘要
随着我国牛肉需求量的迅速提升,肉牛养殖业呈现规模化、集约化发展趋势,饲养管理方式也从传统粗放的放牧养殖方式过渡到集中精细化舍饲方式。该文比较分析了不同饲养方式对肉牛的生产性能、屠宰性能、肉品质及代谢指标等的影响,为现代肉牛养殖生产建立科学的饲养管理方式并进行推广应用提供参考和依据。
With the rapid increase in the demand for beef in China,the beef cattle breeding industry has shown a trend of largescale intensive development,and the feeding and management methods have also transitioned from traditional extensive grazing to centralized and refined feeding.In this paper,the effects of different feeding methods on the production performance,slaughter performance,meat quality and metabolic indexes of beef cattle were compared and analyzed,so as to provide reference and basis for the establishment of scientific feeding management mode and popularization and application of modern beef cattle breeding.
