摘要
[目的]研究大蒜素对白羽肉鸡生长性能、血清生化指标和免疫性能的影响,为大蒜素在白羽肉鸡养殖中的应用提供理论依据。[方法]选择1日龄白羽肉鸡800只,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复50只鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验A、B、C组分别在基础日粮中添加100、200、400 mg/kg大蒜素,试验期42 d。试验结束后测定白羽肉鸡的生长性能、血清生化指标和免疫器官指数。[结果]试验B、C组的末重、采食量、增重均极显著升高,料重比、死淘率和血清谷丙转氨酶、总胆固醇水平均显著降低;与对照组相比,试验A、B、C组的血清谷草转氨酶、尿素氮极显著降低,总蛋白、球蛋白、白蛋白、新城疫抗体滴度极显著升高。[结论]日粮中添加200 mg/kg或400 mg/kg大蒜素可以改善白羽肉鸡血液营养代谢,提高肉鸡生长水平,降低死淘率,并可对白羽肉鸡免疫性能产生一定程度的促进作用。
[Objectives]To study the effects of allicin on the growth performance,indicators of serum biochemistry,and immunity of white-feathered broilers and provide theoretical basis for the application of allicin in breeding white-feathered broiler.[Methods]8001-day-old white-feathered broilers were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups,with 4 replicates in each group and 50 chickens in each replicate.The control group was fed with a basic diet,and experimental groups A,B,and C were supplemented with 100,200,400 mg/kg of allicin in the basic diet for 42 days.The growth performance,indicators of serum biochemistry,and immune organ index of white feather broilers were measured after the experiment.[Results]The final weight,feed intake,and weight gain in the experimental group B and C were significantly increased,while the feed to weight ratio,mortality rate,serum alanine aminotransferase,and total cholesterol levels were significantly decreased.Compared with the control group,the serum glutamic grass transaminase and urea nitrogen of experimental groups A,B and C were significantly decreased.The titers of total protein,globulin,albumin and newcastle disease antibody were significantly increased.[Conclusions]Adding 200 mg/kg or 400 mg/kg allicin to the diet can improve the metabolism of blood nutrient,increase the growth level,decrease the mortality rate,and promote the immunity of white-feathered broilers to a certain degree.
