摘要
目的比较微型种植体支抗与口外弓支抗在口腔正畸治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月收治的80例行口腔正畸治疗的患者作为研究对象,根据奇偶分配原则将其分为对照组(n=40,口外弓支抗)与试验组(n=40,微型种植体支抗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果试验组的矫正治疗用时与拔牙间隙关闭时间短于对照组,矫治成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的波长、咀嚼效率、牙齿咬合力及美观程度评分均提高,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)水平均升高,但试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的不良反应总发生率为17.50%,低于对照组的42.50%(P<0.05)。结论微型种植体支抗在口腔正畸治疗中能够获得较为理想的效果,对于促进患者咬合力与咀嚼功能恢复具有积极意义,且安全性高。
Objective To compare the application effect of micro-implant anchorage and extraoral arch anchorage in orthodontic treatment.Methods A total of 80 patients undergoing orthodontic treatment from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group(n=40,extraoral arch anchorage)and experimental group(n=40,micro-implant anchorage)according to the principle of parity distribution.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The time of correction treatment and the closure time of extraction space in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,and the success rate of correction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the wave length,chewing efficiency,tooth bite force and aesthetic degree score of the two groups improved,and those in the experimental group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2),metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)and intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1)in the two groups increased,but those in the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 17.50%,which was lower than 42.50%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Micro-implant anchorage can achieve ideal effect in orthodontic treatment.It has positive significance for promoting the recovery of bite force and masticatory function of patients,and has high safety.
