通过冀酒的经济指标指出中国白酒的马太效应和冀酒发展的困局。展开阐述了制约冀酒品质的三大因素:气候特征、地理环境和酿酒原料;影响冀酒品牌的三大现象:业外资本、名酒碾压和冀酒内卷,并以唐酒为例加以说明;提升冀酒品位的三大理念:践行“五敬畏”酿酒观、把握“真理相对”论以及树立“大冀酒观”思想。目的在于突破冀酒困局,一起向未来。
The paper pointed out the Matthew Effect of Chinese and the development predicament of through the economic indicators of.The three factors restricting the quality of were expounded respectively:climatic characteristics,geographical environment,brewing raw material;There were three phenomena affecting the brand of:non-business capital,the famous Baijiu rolling,involution of,and taking Tangjiu as an example to illustrate;three ideas to enhance the status of:practicing the"Five reverence"concept of Baijiu,grasping the relativity of truth,establishing the"great view".Let's break through the predicament of toward a bright future together.
