摘要
使用改性共沉淀法制备不同比例尖晶石与钙钛矿混合的混晶金属氧化物,反应停留时间0.11 s,氧气占比10%,温度150~275℃,在尾气模拟-催化剂性能评价装置上考察了混晶催化剂降解甲苯/正己烷的性能。采用XRD、BET、SEM、H_(2)-TPR和XPS对混晶催化剂的形貌、结构进行了表征。结果表明,不同含量的钙钛矿和尖晶石混合会显著改变催化剂形貌,降低晶粒尺寸与结晶度,提高催化剂的吸附氧活性,从而有效地提高催化剂的活性。S1P2催化剂(尖晶石和钙钛矿按照1∶2的摩尔比混合制备而成)的活性最优,其T 99为180℃,相比于单晶尖晶石和钙钛矿催化剂,分别降低了50,40℃。
The mixed-crystal metal oxides,consisting of varying ratios of spinel and perovskite,were synthesized via a modified co-precipitation method,the residence time of reaction of 0.11 s,an oxygen content of 10%,and a temperature range of 150~275℃to evaluate their efficacy in degrading toluene/hexane on a tail gas simulation-catalyst performance evaluation device.The characterization of mixed crystal catalysts using various analytical techniques,including XRD,BET,SEM,H_(2)-TPR,and XPS,and provides a preliminary conclusion that the mixture of different proportions of perovskite and spinel significantly influenced the catalyst morphology,reducing the grain size and crystallinity while enhancing the oxygen adsorption activity of the catalyst.The results showed that the S1P2 catalyst(a composite catalyst consisting of spinel and perovskite in a 1∶2 molar ratio)exhibited the highest catalytic activity,with a T 99 of 180℃,which is 50℃and 40℃lower than that of single-crystal spinel and perovskite catalysts,respectively.
