摘要
缺血再灌注损伤(I/R)是恢复某些缺血组织器官的血液灌流以及氧供后,组织损伤不但没有减轻、反而进一步加重的病理过程。心、脑、肺、肾、肝等重要器官I/R发生率高,致死率高,严重影响人类健康。三结构域蛋白(TRIM)具有共同的氨基末端三方结构域排列-RING-Bbox1/2-卷曲螺旋(RBCC),调节各种生物过程。本文系统地总结了TRIM家族蛋白的分类与功能以及其在器官缺血再灌注损伤中的作用机制,为I/R的诊治提供理论依据。
Ischemic reperfusion injury(I/R)is a pathological process in which tissue damage is not reduced but further exacerbated after restoring blood perfusion and oxygen supply to certain ischemic tissues and organs.The morbidity and mortality of I/R in important organs such as the heart,brain,lung,kidneys,and liver are high,seriously affecting human health.Tripartite motif(TRIM)has a common amino terminal tripartite domain arrangement-RING-Bbox1/2-Coiled coil(RBCC),which regulates various biological processes.This article systematically summarizes the classification and function of TRIM family proteins,as well as their mechanisms of action in organ I/R,providing a theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of I/R.
