摘要
为明确漂浮育苗盘孔数和微生物菌剂对长叶龄烟苗生长发育的影响,以云烟87为材料,采用双因素试验,设计136孔和200孔2种规格育苗盘和添加微生物菌剂、不添加微生物菌剂2种基质处理,比较分析不同处理烟苗的根系性状指标、根系活力、地上部生长和干物质积累量,并采用η^(2)值对育苗盘孔数、微生物菌剂及其互作对烟苗生长的影响进行评价。结果表明:采用136孔育苗盘和基质中添加微生物菌剂有利于烟苗根系和地上部生长,促进烟苗干物质积累;136孔育苗盘可促进烟苗主根伸长,提高根系活力,增加烟苗茎粗以及地下部分干物质积累;添加微生物菌剂可促进烟苗根尖数增加,促进烟叶生长以及干物质积累。育苗盘孔数、微生物菌剂及其互作对烟苗根系生长的贡献率分别为48.47%、33.37%、18.16%,对烟苗根系活力的贡献率分别为44.07%、40.88%、15.05%,对烟苗地上部生长的贡献率分别为42.50%、49.25%、8.26%,对干物质积累的贡献率分别为43.84%、44.61%、11.57%。因此,采用136孔漂浮育苗盘配合添加微生物菌剂的基质可促进烟苗的生长发育,有利于培育8~10叶龄的长叶龄壮根苗,对促进稻茬烤烟早生快发有着重要意义。
To determine the effects of the number of floating nursery site pores and microbial agents on the growth and development of long-aged tobacco seedlings,using Yunyan 87 as the material,the two-factor experiment was used to design 136 pores and 200 pores of nursery site and substrates with or without microbial agents.The root traits,root activity,shoot growth and dry matter accumulation of tobacco seedlings were detected,and theη~2 value was used to evaluate the effects of the nursery site pores,microbial agents and their interaction on the growth of tobacco seedlings.The results showed that 136 pores nursery site and addition of microbial agents in substrates could promote the growth of roots and aboveground growth,and promote the accumulation of dry matter in tobacco seedlings.136 pores nursery site could promote taproot elongation,increase root activity,increase stem diameter and dry matter accumulation in underground part of tobacco seedlings.The addition of microbial agents could promote the increase of root tip number,the growth of tobacco leaves and the accumulation of dry matter.The contribution rates of the number of nursery site pores,microbial agents and their interactions on root growth of tobacco seedlings were 48.47%,33.37%and 18.16%,respectively.The contribution rates of which to the root activity of tobacco seedlings were 44.07%,40.88%,15.05%,respectively.The contribution rates of which to the upper growth of tobacco seedlings were 42.50%,49.25%,8.26%,respectively.The contribution rates of which to dry matter accumulation were 43.84%,44.61%,11.57%,respectively.Therefore,136 pores nursery site combined with substrate adding microbial agents can promote the growth and development of tobacco seedlings,which is conducive to breed long-aged and strong root seedlings with 8-10 leaf age,and has important significance for promoting the early growth and rapid development of paddy-tobacco.
