摘要
“新师范”“新工科”建设是教育部深化教育教学改革的重大战略,旨在通过强化人才核心能力,培养适应新兴产业发展的高素质、创新性的复合型工程人才。职教师范生是职教师资的重要来源,其核心能力决定职教师资的培养质量,影响职业教育发展质量。文章构建了适合“新师范+新工科”建设需要的职教师范生核心能力框架,并在探索实践基础上提出“新工科”职教师范生核心能力培养和提升的具体措施,对完善“新工科”职教师范生培养工作具有一定的实践意义。
The construction of new normal education and new engineering is an important strategy of the Ministry of Education to deepen the reform of education and teaching.The purpose is to cultivate high-quality,innovative compound engineering talents to adapt to the development of emerging industries by strengthening their core competence.Normal students of vocational education are the important source of vocational education teachers,and their core competence determines the training quality of vocational education teachers and affects the development quality of vocational education.This paper constructs the core competence framework of normal vocational education students,which is suitable for the construction of"new normal education+new engineering",and puts forward the concrete measures to cultivate and enhance the core ability of new engineering vocational education normal college students on the basis of exploration and practice,which has certain practical significance to improve the training of vocational education normal college students of new engineering.
