摘要
绿色技术创新对中国实现“双碳”目标起到重要作用,而绿色技术成果转化是推动技术创新向产业化发展的桥梁,绿色技术成果转化平台和服务则是这一桥梁的实际载体。但是中国的绿色技术成果转化平台还存在市场化程度不高、高质量绿色技术成果供给不足、专业化绿色技术转化服务水平有待提升和社会资本参与程度低等问题。基于绿色技术银行建设,通过创新组织架构、构建信息平台、提供全流程服务和调动社会资本等途径,优化运营模式,以期打通绿色技术成果转化的堵点,助力中国的“双碳”目标早日实现。
The innovation and transformation of green technology plays an important role in the realization of“Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality”target of China.As a bridge between green innovation and industrialization,the transformation of green technology achievements also plays a key role.But there are some problems in the transformation of green technology in China,such as not high degree of marketization,insufficient supply of high-quality green technology achievements,specialized green technology service level to be improved,and low degree of social capital participation.Based on the construction of Green Technology Bank,through the innovation organization structure,the construction of information platform,this paper provides whole process service,and mobilizes social capital,to optimize operation mode,get through the wall of green transformation of technical achievements,and boost China’s“Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality”target as soon as possible.
