摘要
在侦查思维中,为了便于推理和论证,必须对相关的概念进行明确。由于概念具有内涵和外延两个方面的意义,因此,明确概念就要理所当然地从内涵和外延两个方面进行。明确概念内涵的逻辑方法很多,其中最主要的方法是分析定义法;明确概念外延的逻辑方法也很多,其中最主要的方法是划分法。作为明确概念的两种主要方法,分析定义法和划分法既有不同之处,也具有内在的相互关系,而且在运用时都需要遵守相应的逻辑规则,同时避免因违反这些规则而导致的非形式谬误。
In investigative thinking,the relevant concepts must be clearly defined in order to facilitate reasoning and demonstration.Since the concept has two aspects of connotation and extension,it is natural to define the concept from two aspects of connotation and extension.There are many logical methods to clarify the concept connotation,the most important of which is the analytical definition method.There are many logical methods to define concept extension,the most important of which is partition method.As the two main methods to clarify the concept,the analytical definition method and the division method have their differences and internal relations,and they both need to abide by the corresponding logical rules while avoiding the informal fallacy caused by violating these rules.
