摘要
近年来,国家经济呈现出快速发展的态势,社会上各种专业人才的需求量不断增加。高职院校作为培养专业人才的重要场所,更是在此过程中发挥了重要作用。将信息技术和创新创业教育相融合,也是高职院校课程改革和教学目标改革的重要方向。为此,本文结合现阶段师资队伍建设工作中存在的问题,提出了针对性的解决对策。
In recent years,the national economy has shown a rapid development trend,and the demand for various professional talents in society is constantly increasing.Vocational colleges,as important venues for cultivating these professional talents,have played an important role in this process.Integrating information technology with innovation and entrepreneurship education is also an important direction for curriculum reform and teaching objectives reform in vocational colleges.Therefore,this article is completed after studying relevant materials,and proposes targeted solutions based on the existing problems in the construction of the teaching staff at the current stage.
