再生微粉与沥青交互作用及其评价

摘要 再生微粉作为建筑垃圾再生骨料生产过程中的附加产物,其回收利用研究还很不够。为此,本文将废混凝土再生微粉(RCP)作为沥青填料,对再生微粉改性沥青胶浆交互机理开展研究。通过分析沥青与两种填料之间特征峰官能团的变化,探究沥青与RCP和LSP的交互作用情况。由动态剪切流变试验的流变参数,选取基于复数剪切模量的交互作用评价指标,并运用灰色关联分析评价指标与粉胶比和RCP掺量的关联程度。结果表明:复数剪切模量系数ΔG*(ω)随着粉胶比和RCP掺量的增加呈现明显上升趋势,其值在1.16~3.01之间变化。当粉胶比为0.9时,随着RCP掺量的增加,复数剪切模量系数ΔG*(ω)从1.67增加到2.08。粉胶比和RCP掺量的增加对交互作用有增强效果,且粉胶比对于填料与沥青之间的交互作用影响程度大于RCP掺量;RCP和LSP与沥青之间均未发生明显的化学作用,主要为物理吸附作用;复数剪切模量系数ΔG*(ω)与RCP掺量的关联程度为0.80,大于Palierne C模型的交互作用系数C与RCP掺量的关联程度0.72。因此,复数剪切模量系数ΔG*(ω)作为RCP与沥青交互作用程度的评价指标较为合理。 As an additional product in the production of recycled aggregate from construction waste,the research on the reclaim of recycled fine powder is still insufficient.In this paper,recycled concrete micropowder(RCP)was used as asphalt filler to study the interaction mechanism of RCP modified asphalt mortar.The microcosmic morphology of RCP,LSP and the coating of asphalt were observed by ESEM,the infrared spectrum characteristics of asphalt mortar were tested by FTIR,and the interaction between asphalt and RCP and LSP was explored by analyzing the changes of characteristic peak functional groups between asphalt and two fillers.Based on the rheological parameters of dynamic shear rheological test,the interaction evaluation index based on complex shear modulus is selected,and the grey correlation analysis is used to analyze the correlation degree between the evaluation index and ratios of filler to asphalt and RCP content.The results show that the increase of ratios of filler to asphalt and RCP content can enhance the interaction,and the influence of ratios of filler to asphalt on the interaction between filler and asphalt is greater than that of RCP content;There is no obvious chemical interaction between RCP and LSP and asphalt,which is mainly physical adsorption;The complex shear modulus coefficientΔG*(ω)is a more reasonable index to evaluate the degree of interaction between RCP and asphalt.
