摘要
文章旨在探究低蛋白日粮对肉鸡生长性能、养分表观代谢率和血清生化指标的影响。以180只体重接近健康的21日龄肉鸡为试验群体,随机分为3组,每组10个重复,每个重复6只鸡。试验组Ⅰ和试验组Ⅱ与对照组保持相同的代谢能水平,蛋白水平分别降低1%(试验组Ⅰ)和蛋白水平降低3%(试验组Ⅱ)。饲养试验一共进行21 d。结果显示,试验Ⅱ组肉鸡平均日增重和料重比分别降低13.3%和增加14%。降低日粮蛋白水平对钙、磷、粗蛋白质、干物质和粗脂肪的表观代谢率无显著影响(P>0.05)。此外,低蛋白日粮组中肉鸡血清中总蛋白水平有所下降,试验组Ⅱ下降水平达到显著水平(P<0.05)。其中,试验组Ⅱ白蛋白与白蛋白/球蛋白显著下降(P<0.05)。试验组Ⅰ和试验组Ⅱ血清尿素氮显著下降(P<0.05),但两个试验组无显著差异(P>0.05)。血清中其他生化指标如球蛋白、总胆固醇及甘油三酯在日粮蛋白水平降低的情况下与对照组相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。综上所述,在日粮中适当降低蛋白水平(下降1%)对肉鸡生长性能、养分表观代谢率及血清中主要生化指标并无显著影响(P>0.05),可以在一定程度上降低饲料成本,增加经济效应。
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of low protein diet on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility and serum biochemical indices of broilers.A total of 18021-day-old broilers with nearly healthy body weight were randomly divided into 3 treatment groups with 10 replicates per group and 6 chickens per replicate.The experiment was designed according to the single factor randomization principle,and was randomly divided into 1 control group and 2 experimental groups(control group,experiment group I and experiment group II).Trials I and II maintained the same metabolizable energy levels as the control group,while protein levels were reduced by 1%(experiment group I)and 3%(experiment group II),respectively.The feeding experiment was carried out for a total of 21 days.The results showed that the average daily gain and feed to gain ratio of broilers in experiment II group were decreased by 13.3%and increased by 14%,respectively.The apparent digestibility of calcium,phosphorus and crude protein was not significantly affected by the reduction of dietary protein level(P>0.05).In addition,the low protein diet chicken serum total protein level decreased in group,experimental group II level reached significant level(P<0.05).Significant decreases in albumin and albumin/globulin were observed in low-protein diet group II(P<0.05).Serum urea nitrogen was significantly decreased in low protein diet groups I and II(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two experimental groups.Serum other biochemical markers such as globulin,total cholesterol and triglycerides did not differ significantly when dietary protein levels were reduced.In summary,proper reduction of protein level in the diet(by 1%)has no significant effect on growth performance,apparent digestibility of nutrients and main biochemical indexes in serum of broilers,which can reduce feed cost and increase economic effect to a certain extent.
