摘要
分析精细化管理模式应用于医院档案管理的效果。随机抽取江苏省妇幼保健院2020年1月—2021年3月的150份档案,将其作为参照组,实施常规管理。随机抽取江苏省妇幼保健院2021年4月—2022年7月的150份档案,将其作为研究组,实施精细化管理。对比两种管理模式的应用效果。结果显示,研究组档案管理情况、管理人员工作考核结果优于参照组(P<0.05),研究组档案整理能力评分、档案管理效果评分、档案管理的总满意率高于参照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,精细化档案管理具有完善档案管理制度、提高档案管理工作人员素养,降低档案管理工作人员的工作强度,提升档案查阅便捷性和档案管理工作人员服务质量等优势,可使医院各部门工作人员对档案管理工作做出较高满意度评价。
Analyze the effectiveness of applying refined management mode to hospital archive management.Randomly select 150 files from Jiangsu Provincial Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to March 2021,and use them as a reference group for routine management.Randomly select 150 files from Jiangsu Provincial Maternal and Child Health Hospital from April 2021 to July 2022 as a research group and implement refined management.Compare the application effects of two management modes.The results showed that the research group’s archive management situation and management personnel performance evaluation results were better than the reference group(P<0.05).The research group’s archive organization ability score,archive management effectiveness score,and overall satisfaction rate of archive management were higher than the reference group(P<0.05).Research has found that refined archive management has advantages such as improving the archive management system,improving the literacy of archive management personnel,reducing the workload of archive management personnel,improving the convenience of archive access,and improving the service quality of archive management personnel.It can enable hospital staffin various departments to make high satisfaction evaluations of archive management work.
