摘要
针对职业教育产教融合过程中存在的专业设置契合度低、培养标准匹配度低、行业企业参与度低、教师工程师融合度低、课程内容吻合度低等问题,提出了“一个中心、双元管理、三教改革、五个平台”现场工程师联合培养实践路径,通过产教融合专委会、专精特新产业学院、双师型教师队伍、项目化课程体系、分段式教学组织、车间式产教融合实训基地6个提高人才培养质量的实践创新路径,构建了机器人专业现场工程师培养体系。
In response to the problems of low compatibility of professional settings,low matching of training standards,low participation of industry enterprises,low integration of teachers and engineers,and low compatibility of course content in the process of integrating industry and education in vocational education,a joint training practice path of"one center,dual management,three education reforms,and five platforms"for on-site engineers has been proposed.Through the Industry and Education Integration Special Committee,specialized and specialized new industry colleges,and a dual teacher team The project based curriculum system,segmented teaching organization,and workshop based integrated training base are six practical innovation paths to improve the quality of talent cultivation,and a training system for on-site engineers in the field of robotics has been constructed.
