摘要
临床有关失眠的治疗复杂多变。目前口服药物仍然是失眠的主要治疗方法,用药的合理性和有效性是临床治疗的重点。针对失眠障碍的常用西药疗效显著,但存在诸多不良反应。中医学对失眠障碍的有关中药制剂的临床应用也很普遍。枣仁地黄胶囊由黄连、黄芩、地黄、白芍、五味子、炒酸枣仁组成,具有滋阴降火,养心安神等功效。临床主要用于阴虚火旺所致的失眠、多梦、心烦、抑郁等症。现对其中药成分的药理作用及临床治疗失眠共病研究进展进行综述。
The clinical treatment of insomnia disorder is complex and variable.At present,drugs are still the main treatment for insomnia,and the rationality and effectiveness of drug use are the key points of clinical treatment.The commonly used western medicine for insomnia is effective,but there are many adverse reactions.Ancestral medicine on insomnia disorder of the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine preparation is also very common.Zaoren Dihuang Capsule(枣仁地黄胶囊)is com-posed of Huanglian(rhizoma coptidis),Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix),Dihuang(Rehmanniae Radix),Baishao(Radix Paeoniae Alba),Wuweizi(Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus)and fried Suanzaoren(Ziziphi Spinosae Semen).Clinically,it is mainly used for insomnia,dreaminess,irritability,depression and other symptoms caused by Yin deficiency and excessive fire.This article reviewed the pharmacological effects of its ingredients and the research progress in clinical treatment of insomnia comorbidities.
