供应链协同技术创新与企业绩效关系的实证研究 被引量:9

An Empirical Study on the Relationship between Supply Chain Collaborative Technology In­novation and Firm Performance

摘要 本文根据相关研究,供应商协同和客户协同对创新绩效有显著的正向影响,这意味着与供应商和客户之间的密切合作可以促进创新绩效的提升。此外,知识管理过程在供应链协同和创新绩效之间发挥中介作用,其中协同知识存储、协同学习和协同创造起到了部分中介作用。这表明通过共享和协同管理知识,可以增强供应链协同对创新绩效的影响。研究还验证了协同学习和协同创造与创新绩效之间的因果关系,但协同知识存储与创新绩效之间的路径系数不显著。这意味着协同知识存储对于创新绩效的直接影响并不如协同学习和协同创造那样明显。通过实证方法验证了供应链协同对创新绩效的重要促进作用,并探讨了知识管理过程的价值。这些研究对于促进制造企业有效进行供应链协同创新提供了理论参考。 According to relevant studies,supplier collaboration and customer collaboration have a significant positive impact on innovation performance,which means that close cooperation with suppliers and customers can promote the improvement of innovation performance.In addition,knowledge management process plays a mediating role between supply chain collaboration and innovation performance,in which collaborative knowledge storage,collaborative learning and collaborative creation play a partial mediating role.This suggests that the impact of supply chain collaboration on innovation performance can be enhanced by sharing and collaborating management knowledge.The study also verified the causal relationship between collaborative learning and collaborative creation and innovation performance,but the path coefficient between collaborative knowledge storage and innovation performance was not significant.This means that the direct impact of collaborative knowledge storage on innovation performance is not as obvious as that of collaborative learning and collaborative creation.Through the empirical method,the important role of supply chain collaboration in promoting innovation performance is verified,and the value of knowledge management process is discussed.These studies provide a theoretical reference for manufacturing enterprises to effectively carry out supply chain collaborative innovation.
