摘要
现行《钢结构设计规范》对构造复杂的钢结构预埋节点采用近似计算方法,无法完整体现节点各个不同部位的应力情况及承载力的准确值。本文利用通用有限元软件ANSYS建立计算模型,设置接触单元,能模拟混凝土预埋件中的刚接节点、半刚性节点及销轴节点的受力状态,得出节点各个部位的应变和位移,得出节点的破坏机理和各个部件的破坏形态。
The current"Code for Design of Steel Structures"adopts approximate calculation methods for complex concrete embedded nodes,which cannot fully reflect the accurate stress situation and bearing capacity of different parts of the nodes.By using the universal finite element software ANSYS to establish a calculation model and setting up contact elements,it can simulate the stress state of rigid joints,semi-rigid joints,and pin joints in concrete embedded parts,obtain the strain and displacement of each part of the node,and summarize the failure mechanism of the node and the failure form of each component.
