摘要
为了提高烷基化反应器,尤其是末端反应器的长周期运行时间,对烷基化反应器动设备、仪表设备、静设备以及工艺流程等进行了较大幅度的升级优化,以减少末端烷基化反应器异常停工维修损失,避免末端烷基化反应器反复开停带来的流程切换、设备拆卸以及现场施工等不安全因素,保证烷基化反应器安全、平稳、高效运行。
The long-term operation time of the alkylation reactor,especially the end reactor was improved through significant upgrades and optimizations to the dynamic equipment,instrument equipment,static equipment,and process flow ofthe alkylation reactor,reducing abnormal shutdown and maintenance losses of the end alkylation reactor,and avoiding unsafe factors such as process switching,equipment disassembly,and on-site construction caused by repeated startup and shutdown of the end alkylation reactor.This ensures the safe,stable,and efficient operation of the alkylation reactor.
