摘要
目的探讨微课联合雨课堂的融合式智慧创新教学模式在运动系统疾病本科生整合课程教学中的应用效果。方法选取2020年9月—2021年1月在重庆医科大学大三年级临床医学专业的两个班为研究对象,分为试验组(n=190)与对照组(n=188)。试验组采取微课联合雨课堂的教学模式,对照组采取传统教学模式。比较两组的阶段考试总成绩,同时采用匿名问卷调查学生对微课联合雨课堂的教学模式和教学效果的评价。结果试验组与对照组的阶段考试总成绩分别为(72.38±8.77)分和(67.95±11.39)分,试验组的阶段考试总成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组81~100分及60分以下分数段的比例分别为21.58%(41/190)和5.79%(11/190),对照组81~100分及60分以下分数段的比例分别为13.83%(26/188)和18.09(34/188)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。匿名调查问卷结果显示94.74%(180/190)的学生对微课联合雨课堂融合式智慧创新教学模式非常满意。结论微课联合雨课堂能明显提升运动系统疾病本科生整合课程的教学效果,学生评价及认可度较高。
Objective To explore the application of intelligent innovative teaching mode based on micro-lecture and rain class in the teaching of undergraduates with motor system diseases.Methods Two classes of junior clinical medicine majoring in Chongqing Medical University from September 2020 to January 2021 were selected as research objects and divided into experimental group(n=190)and control group(n=188).The teaching mode based on micro-lecture and rain class was adopted in the experimental group,while the traditional teaching mode was used in the control group.The total scores of the two groups were compared and anonymous questionnaire survey was used to investigate the teaching effect of the teaching mode based on the micro-lecture and rain class.Results The total scores of the experimental group and the control group were(72.38±8.77)points and(67.95±11.39)points,respectively,and the total score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportions of 81~100 points and less than 60 points in the experimental group were 21.58%(41/190)and 5.79%(11/190),respectively,and the proportions of 81~100 points and less than 60 points in the control group were 13.83%(26/188)and 18.09%(34/188),respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of the anonymous questionnaire showed that 94.74%(180/190)of the students were very satisfied with the intelligent and innovative teaching mode of micro-lessons combined with rain classroom.Conclusion The intelligent innovative teaching mode based on micro-lecture and rain class can significantly improve the teaching effect of integrated courses for undergraduates with motor system diseases,and gained students'high evaluation and recognition.
