摘要
目的探究变应性鼻炎(肺气虚寒型)患者实施自血疗法治疗的临床疗效与安全性。方法合计纳入肺气虚寒型变应性鼻炎患者102例(2019年9月—2020年9月),将其分为两组,对照组(51例)患者进行西医常规疗法(盐酸左西替利嗪胶囊、布地奈德鼻喷剂),观察组(51例)患者在西医常规疗法(盐酸左西替利嗪胶囊、布地奈德鼻喷剂)基础上进行自血疗法治疗,数据观察:疗效、血清白细胞介素-12(IL-12)及白细胞介素-35(IL-35)水平变化、鼻部症状总评分(TNSS)变化、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)及免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)水平变化、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分与鼻眼结膜相关生活质量问卷调查量表(RQLQ)评分变化、不良反应情况。结果与对照组(84.31%,43/51)比较,观察组总有效率(96.08%,49/51)更高(P<0.05);治疗后各组患者TNSS评分、VAS评分及RQLQ评分、IL-12及IL-35水平、IgA、IgG及IgM水平均改善,观察组患者治疗后TNSS评分、VAS评分及RQLQ评分、IL-12及IL-35水平、IgA、IgG及IgM水平优于对照组(P<0.05);对照组1例恶心,观察组无不良反应(P>0.05)。结论自血疗法可显著提升肺气虚寒型变应性鼻炎患者临床疗效,且安全可靠。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of autologous blood therapy for patients with allergic rhinitis(lung qi deficiency and cold type).Methods A total of 102 patients with lung Qi deficiency and cold allergic rhinitis(September 2019 to September 2020)were enrolled and divided into two groups.The control group(51 cases)received conventional western medicine therapy(Lecetirizine Hydrochloride Capsule,Budesonide Nasal Spray).The observation group(51 cases)received autologous blood therapy on the basis of conventional Western medicine therapy.The efficacy,serum levels of interleukin-12(IL-12)and interleukin-35(IL-35),total nasal symptom score(TNSS),immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin M(IgM),visual analogue scale(VAS)score and naso-ocular conjunctiva related quality of life questionnaire(RQLQ)score changes and side effects were examined.Results Compared with that of the control group(84.31%,43/51),the total effective rate of observation group(96.08%,49/51)was higher(P<0.05).TNSS score,VAS score and RQLQ score,levels of IL-12 and IL-35,levels of IgA,IgG and IgM were improved in all groups after treatment.And those in observation group were superior to those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).There was no adverse reaction in the observation group(P>0.05).Conclusion The autologous blood therapy can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients with allergic rhinitis due to deficiency of lung Qi and cold,and it is safe,reliable and worthy of application.
