摘要
以成渝地区双城经济圈16个地级及以上城市为对象,观察成渝地区经济学人才培养的现状,并探讨成渝地区双城经济圈适应新文化发展需要的经济学人才培养的提升路径。研究发现:成渝地区高校资源的整体分布呈现向成都和重庆“双核”高度集中的态势,有30%以上的城市没有本科高校;在经济学基础人才培养方面,成渝地区双城经济圈有一半城市不具备经济学本科人才的培养条件;同时,成渝地区双城经济圈在经济学基础和拔尖人才培养等方面与全国其他发达城市群相比存在明显差距。最后,在对国内外发达地区经济学人才培养经验进行梳理和总结的基础上,从协同合作、目标定位、管理机制、课程设置和师资队伍等方面提出提升成渝地区双城经济圈经济学人才培养能力的路径。
This paper takes16 prefecture-level and above cities in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle as the object to observe the current situation of economic talent training in Chengdu-Chongqing area,and explores the promotion ways of economic talent training to meet the needs of the development of new culture.This study finds that the overall distribution of university resources in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle is highly concentrated in Chengdu city and Chongqing city,and more than 30% of the cities do not have undergraduate universities.From the perspective of economics talent training,half of the cities in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle do not have conditions for the cultivation of economics undergraduate talents.At the same time,there is an obvious gap between the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle and other developed urban agglomerations in China in terms of economic basis and top-notch talent training.Finally,on the basis of summing up the experience of economic talent training in developed regions at home and abroad,this paper puts forward ways to improve the economic talent training ability from the aspects of cooperation,target positioning,management mechanism,curriculum and teaching staff.
