摘要
为保护和更新旧工业建筑,试验以糯米石灰浆为基础,并加入偏高岭土、纤维素纤维,制备一种建筑灰浆表皮材料,并对其性能进行研究。结果表明,质量分数5%糯米灰浆的掺入,可以明显增强材料的强度性能、耐水性和耐硫酸盐腐蚀性能,试验确定最佳旧工业建筑灰浆配比为质量分数5%糯米灰浆、20%偏高岭土、2%纤维素纤维;养护28、90 d抗压强度分别达到2.1、7.0 MPa,养护28、180 d抗折强度分别达到0.79、1.87 MPa;材料在去离子水环境和硫酸盐环境下的软化系数分别为0.86、0.82,抗硫酸盐冻融循环次数为26次。
In order to protect and renew the old industrial building,a kind of building mortar skin material was prepared by adding metakaolin and cellulose fibers on the basis of glutinous rice lime paste,and its performance is studied.The experimental results showed that the addition of 5%glutinous rice mortar couldsignificantly enhance the strength,water resistance,and sulfate corrosion resistance of the material;In this test,the best mortar ratio of old industrial buildings was determined as follows:5%concentration glutinous rice mortar,20%metakaolin soil,and 2%cellulose fiber.At this time,the compressive strength after 28 d and 90 d of curing reached 2.1 MPa and 7.0 MPa respectively,and the flexural strength after 28 d and 180 d of curingreached 0.79 MPa and 1.87 MPa respectively.The softening coefficient of materials indeionized water environment and sulfate environment was 0.86 and 0.82,and the number of sulfate resistance freeze-thaw cycles is 26.
