摘要
为了提高装饰环境中乳胶漆的检测灵敏度,制备一种新型的纳米材料对乳胶漆中的甲醛进行检测。对制备的纳米材料进行XRD分析、SEM和TEM分析、XPS表征,制备纳米材料的气体传感器,对气体传感器的最佳工作温度、响应恢复时间、响应度、稳定性进行测定,以乳胶漆的甲醛释放量为研究对象,利用制备的纳米材料对环境中涂刷乳胶漆后的甲醛释放量进行检测。结果表明,试验制备的Cr_(2) O_(3)纳米粒子附着在ZnO表面,形成花瓣形状;纳米材料气体传感器最佳工作温度为280℃;2%Cr_(2) O_(3)ZnO纳米材料气体传感器的气敏性检测效果最佳,该材料可应用于化工检测领域。
In order to improve the detection sensitivity of latex paint in decorative environment,a new nano material was prepared to detect formaldehyde in latex paint.The prepared nano materials were analyzed by XRD,SEMandTEM,and characterized by XPS;The gas sensor made of nano materials was prepared,and the optimal working temperature,response recovery time,response degree and stability of the gas sensor were measured;Taking the formaldehyde release of latex paint as the research object,the prepared nano materials were used to detect the formaldehyde release of latex paint in the environment.The results showed that the Cr_(2) O_(3) nanoparticles prepared in this experiment attached to the surface of ZnO,forming a petal shape;The best working temperature of nano material gas sensor was 280℃;The gas sensitivity of 2%Cr_(2) O_(3)/ZnO nano material gas sensor was the best,which could be used in the field of chemical testing.
