摘要
选用水泥为固化剂材料,以粉煤灰和废石膏为外加剂进行道路基材改良,研究了龄期、浸水期、废石膏综合掺配下钛石膏-粉煤灰材料的强度变化规律。结果表明,钛石膏-粉煤灰胶凝材料在7 d龄期无侧限抗压强度影响较小,在14、28 d龄期,试件抗压强度随钛石膏增加而增加,浸水养护7、28 d时,膏灰比3∶7、4∶6、5∶5时的软化系数较大,且膏灰比5∶5时的抗拉强度最大,软化系数均大于0.82。钛石膏-粉煤灰胶凝材料的胶凝材料水化产物以钙矾石(AFt)、水化硅酸钙(C-S-H)为主,掺入的废石膏形成钙矾石形成网状联结构造,并填充进空隙中,降低了水泥土孔隙率,提高了水稳定性。
Using cement as curing agent andfly ash and waste gypsum as admixtures,the road base material was improved.The strength variation law of titanium gypsum-fly ash material was studiedafter mixedwith age,immersion period and waste gypsum.The results showed that there was little impact on the unconfined compressive strength of titanium gypsum-fly ash material at the age of 7 days,and the compressive strength of the specimens increased with the increase of titaniumgypsum at the age of 14 and 28 days.The softening coefficient of the specimens was larger at the ratio of plaster to ashat 3∶7,4∶6 and 5∶5 after 7 and 28 days of water curing,and the tensile strength was the largest at the ratio of gypsum to ash at 5∶5,with the softening coefficient greater than 0.82.The hydration products of titanium gypsum-fly ash gelling material weremainly AFt and C-S-H,and the waste gypsum formeda network connection structure,and filledit into the gap,which reducedthe porosity of the cement soil and improvedthe water stability.
