摘要
采用分步浸渍-沉淀法合成了Fe-W-TiO_(2)催化剂,并对其NH3-SCR性能进行评价。Fe-W-TiO_(2)催化剂在200~425℃的温度区间内拥有良好的脱硝活性,铁含量的增加会促进低温脱硝反应的进行。XRD、XPS表征结果表明Fe和W之间的协同作用有效促进了催化剂的SCR活性。DRIFT实验结果表明Fe-W-TiO_(2)催化剂在300℃下能按照E-R和L-H机理进行脱硝反应,将NO还原为N_(2)和H_(2)O。
The Fe-W-TiO_(2)(x)catalysts were synthesized by impregnation-precipitation techniques and investigated for the selective catalytic reduction of NOx with ammonia.The experiment results show that the Fe-W-TiO_(2)catalysts exhibits excellent NOx conversion in the temperature range of 200-425℃.Furthermore,the catalysts were characterized by XRD,XPS and DRIFTs.The superior catalytic activity of Fe-W-TiO_(2)catalyst at low temperature is probably due to the synergistic effect between Fe and W.The mechanism study show that the SCR process follows the Langmuir-Hinshelwood(L-H)and Eley-Rideal(E-R)mechanism at 300℃.
