摘要
了解并测量矿工安全责任追究压力可为煤矿责任追究制度的建立提供方向。文章以矿工为研究对象,遵循量表开发的程序,基于相关文献以及矿工的访谈结果,界定了矿工安全责任追究压力的内涵和维度,开发并验证了测量量表。研究结果表明,矿工安全责任追究压力包含5个维度,分别是消极情绪、经济压力、环境压力、职业发展压力和人际关系压力,其中经济压力是矿工安全责任追究压力的主要来源。文章根据研究结果开发的矿工安全责任追究压力的测量工具,为后续进一步探究该构念奠定了基础。
Understanding and measuring miners’safety accountability pressure can provide direction for the establishment of an accountability system in coal mines.We took the miners as the research object,and the scale development procedure was followed to define the connotation and dimensions of miners’safety accountability pressure and develop and validate the measurement scale based on relevant literature and miners’interview results.The research results show that miners’safety accountability pressure contains five dimensions,including negative emotions,economic pressure,environmental pressure,career development pressure and interpersonal pressure,among which economic pressure is the main source of miners’safety accountability pressure.This study provides a measurement tool for miners'safety accountability stress and lays the foundation for further exploration of the construct.
