摘要
研究旨在开展田间试验为甘肃中部二阴山区饲用玉米生产中的羊粪与化肥配施提供生产依据。试验设4个处理:100%复合肥(T_(100))、70%复合肥+30%羊粪(T_(70))、40%复合肥+60%羊粪(T_(40))、100%羊粪(T_(0)),各处理设3个重复,测定不同生育期株高、叶面积系数、叶绿素含量、干物质产量及饲草品质指标。结果显示,羊粪和化肥配施对株高和叶绿素含量影响不显著,但显著影响茎叶氮素含量、叶面积系数和干物质产量;羊粪和化肥配施可显著提高叶片及整株粗蛋白含量,并降低了中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维含量,提升饲草整体品质。研究表明,30%羊粪与70%化肥配施最有利于试验区域饲用玉米的生产。
The aim of the study was to conduct field trials to provide the basis for the combined application of sheep manure and chemical fertilizer in feed corn production in Eryin Mountain area of central Gansu Province.Four treatments were set up in the experiment:100%compound fertilizer(T_(100)),70% compound fertilizer+30% sheep manure(T_(70)),40% compound fertilizer+60% sheep manure(T_(40)),100% sheep manure(T_(0)),and three replicates were set for each treatment.Plant height,leaf area coefficient,chlorophyll content,dry matter yield and forage quality indexes were determined at different growth stages.The results showed that the combined application of manure and chemical fertilizer had no significant effects on plant height and chlorophyll content,but significantly affected nitrogen content,leaf area coefficient and dry matter yield.The combined application of sheep manure and chemical fertilizer can significantly increase the crude protein content of leaves and whole plant,reduce the content of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber,and improve the overall quality of forage.The study indicates that the combination of 30%sheep manure and 70%fertilizer is the most beneficial to feed corn production in the experimental area.
