摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展,各行各业对硫酸的需求量均呈上升趋势,且发展硫铁矿制酸符合我国国情。同时,硫铁矿制硫酸过程产生的炉气处理措施包括余热回收、炉气除尘、炉气净化、干吸制酸及尾气碱液吸收处理,排渣尾气、开炉烟气、扬尘等废气污染物,污酸(工艺酸性废水)、其他酸碱性废水、初期雨水等废水污染物,各种生产设备产生的噪声,焙烧废渣、矿尘、污水和酸泥中和后的中和沉渣等固体废物,这些“三废”污染物较多,如果不进行治理,将对造成严重的生态环境影响。本文对硫铁矿制硫酸过程“三废”污染物治理措施进行可行性研究,以期为硫铁矿制硫酸行业提供技术参考。
With the rapid development of our economy,demand for sulfuric acid in all walks of life is increasing,and the development of pyrite acid is in line with our situation.At the same time,the treatment measures of furnace gas produced in the process of producing sulfuric acid from pyrite include waste heat recovery,furnace gas dust removal,furnace gas purification,dry acid absorption and acid liquor absorption and treatment of tail gas,exhaust gas pollutants such as slag exhaust,furnace flue gas,dust,polluted acid(process acid wastewater),other acid and alkaline wastewater,initial rainwater and other wastewater pollutants,noise generated by various production equipment,Solid waste such as calcined slag,mine dust,sewage and neutralized sludge after neutralization of acid sludge,these“three wastes”have more pollutants,if not treated,it will cause serious impact on the ecological environment.In order to provide technical reference for pyrite production of sulfuric acid industry,this paper studies the feasibility of the treatment measures of“three wastes”in the process of pyrite production of sulfuric acid.
