摘要
目的探讨种植二期手术同时制作临时冠对牙龈进行塑形,观察其临床应用效果。方法以我科接诊的64例上颌前牙种植患者为研究对象,根据是否做临时冠进行牙龈塑形分为研究组和对照组,每组32例,分别有患牙47颗和44颗,种植二期时研究组采用临时牙冠进行牙龈塑形,对照组安装愈合基台诱导牙龈成形,修复完成后12个月对比两组患者的临床修复效果和患者的满意度。结果两组患者的种植成功率均为100%,研究组的红色美学指数(pink esthetic score,PES)明显高于对照组,研究组和对照组患者的满意率分别为95.74%和90.91%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论上颌前牙种植二期手术同时临时冠进行牙龈塑形的临床美学效果显著,患者满意度高,可在临床中推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of temporary crown for shaping gingiva during the second stage of implantation and observe its clinical application.Methods A total of 64 patients with maxillary anterior teeth implanted in our department were selected as the research objects.According to whether temporary crown was used for gingival shaping,they were divided into study group and control group,32 cases in each group,with 47 and 44 affected teeth,respectively.In the second stage of implantation,the study group was treated with temporary crown for gingival shaping,and the control group was treated with healing abutment to induce gingival shaping.The clinical repair effect and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups 12 months after the repair.Results The success rate of implant in the two groups was 100%.The pink esthetic score(PES)of the study group was signifcantly higher than that of the control group.The satisfaction rates of the study group and the control group were 95.74%and 90.91%,respectively,with statistically signifcant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions The clinical aesthetic effect of maxillary anterior tooth implantation and temporary crown gum shaping is remarkable,the patient satisfaction is high,and it can be widely used in clinical practice.
