摘要
乡村振兴战略背景下,提高农村住宅的品质是实现乡村高质量发展的重要一环。但近年来多发的自建房质量与安全事故,也敲响了警钟。分析农村自建房存在的一些常见质量安全隐患,介绍福建省漳州市在农村自建房建设管理方面的一些经验,并提出质量安全隐患预防方面的建议。
The quality of rural housing is an important link to achieve high-quality rural development.However,the frequent quality and safety accidents of self built houses in recent years also sounded an alarm for us.This paper analyzes some common quality and safety hidden dangers of rural self built houses,introduces some experience of Zhangzhou City in the construction and management of rural self built houses,and puts forward some suggestions on the prevention of quality and safety hidden dangers.
