摘要
针对广东某城镇污水处理厂污水处理工艺特点及运行管理情况,对污水处理厂的氧化沟工艺结构、曝气系统等进行技术改造。实际处理结果表明,城镇污水处理厂改造后,污水出水水质从《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)水污染排放标准中的一级B标准提升至一级A标准,污染物质及CO_(2)减排量分别为204.4 tCOD/a、51.1 tTN/a、335.6 tCO_(2)/a,有效实现污水处理厂运行管理的减污降碳协同增效。该措施技术在推进城镇污水处理厂减污降碳上有良好的应用示范作用。
According to the characteristics and operational management of a municipal wastewater treatment plant in Guangdong,the oxidation ditch process structure and aeration system of the municipal wastewater treatment plant have been technically transformed in this article.The actual treatment results show that after the transformation of the municipal wastewater treatment plant,the quality of wastewater effluent has been upgraded from the first level B standard to the first level A standard in the“Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant”(GB18918-2002).The reduction of pollutants and CO_(2)emissions are 204.4 tCOD/a,51.1 tTN/a,and 335.6 tCO_(2)/a,effectively synergizing the reduction of pollution and carbon emissions in the operation and management of wastewater treatment plants.This measure technology has a good application demonstration effect in promoting pollution reduction and carbon reduction in municipal wastewater treatment plants.
