承德地区猪肉屠宰加工及零售环节中沙门氏菌的分离鉴定与耐药性检测 被引量:2

Isolation and Identification of Salmonella in Pork Slaughtering,Processing and Retail in Chengde Aera and the Drug Resistant Test

摘要 为了分析河北承德地区猪肉屠宰加工及零售环节中沙门氏菌的流行情况及其特性,采集2021-2022年期间样品374份,分离得到127株致病沙门氏菌,并对其血清型、耐药性及耐药基因进行检测。结果表明,分离鉴定出的13种血清型的沙门氏菌,以猪霍乱沙门氏菌、鼠伤寒沙门氏菌、伦敦沙门菌为流行优势血清型,对阿莫西林、氨苄西林、磺胺二甲氧嘧啶等8种药物耐药率在56.7%以上,对其他药物耐药率在5.5%~35.5%之间,分离的菌株至少耐6种药物;耐药基因Sul1、Sul2、Sul3、TetA、TetM、TetR、aac(3)-Ⅰv、aac(6')-Ⅰb检出率在32.3%~89.8%之间,其他耐药基因检出率在4.7%~17.3%之间,其耐药表型与耐药基因之间基本呈正相关,符合率在84.6%~100%之间。综上,从猪肉加工及零售环节中分离的致病性沙门氏菌具有多种血清型,耐药性严重且携带多种耐药基因。 In order to analyze the prevalence and characteristics of Salmonella in pork slaughtering,processing and retailing in Chengde,Hebei Province,374 samples were collected from 2021 to 2022,and 127 pathogenic Salmonella strains were isolated,and their serotypes,drug resistance and drug resistance genes were detected.The results showed that a total of 13 serotypes of Salmonella were identified,of which Salmonella cholerae suis,Salmonella typhimurium and Salmonella london were the dominant serotypes.The resistance rate to 8 drugs such as amoxicillin,ampicillin and sulfamethoxine was more than 56.7%,and the resistance rate to other drugs was from 5.5%to 35.5%.The isolated strains were resistant to at least 6 drugs.The detection rate of drug resistance genes Sul1,Sul2,Sul3,TetA,TetM,TetR,aac(3)-Ⅰv and aac(6')-Ⅰb was from 32.3%to 89.8%,and the detection rate of other drug resistance genes was from 4.7%to 17.3%.There was basically positive correlation between drug resistance phenotype and drug resistance genes,and the coincidence rate was from 84.6%to 100%.The results showed that Salmonella isolated from pork processing and retailing is pathogenic,with multiple serotypes prevalent and high levels of drug resistance.And it carries multiple drug-resistant genes.
