摘要
神经重症患者转出过渡期指神经重症监护患者拟从监护室转至普通病房的一段时间。随着延续性护理及整体护理的发展,越来越多研究者开始关注重症患者转出过渡期护理。现归纳目前国内外关于神经重症监护患者转出过渡期护理研究现状,旨在为神经重症患者转出过渡期护理干预方案的制定提供参考。
Transition period for neurological intensive care patients refers to the period of time when neurological intensive care patients intend to be transferred from intensive care unit to general ward.With the development of continuous nursing and holistic nursing,more and more researchers began to pay attention to the transitional care of critically ill patients.This review summarizes the current research status of transitional care for neurocritical intensive care patients at home and abroad,so as to provide a reference for the formulation of transitional care intervention programs for neurocritical intensive patients.
