成渝双城经济圈高校产学研专利合作网络的时空演化分布与特征 被引量:1

Spatial-Temporal Distribution and Characteristics of Industry-University-Research Patent Cooperation Network in the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle

摘要 自2020年1月国家明确提出推动成渝双城经济圈建设至今,关于成渝双城经济圈高校产学研专利合作网络的研究仍较为缺乏,同时从校校、校院等视角多维分析高校产学研专利合作的研究也较为缺乏。为进一步把握成渝双城经济圈高校产学研专利合作网络的时空演化规律,以成渝高校产学研专利合作网络为研究对象,利用2006—2020年成渝高校联合申请的发明授权专利数据,运用社会网络分析方法,从校校、校院、校企主体视角全面分析高校产学研专利合作网络的演化特征,并引入空间维度探究区域演化差异。结果发现:成渝高校产学研专利合作网络结构整体呈现合作专利数量迅猛增长但合作网络密度随之递减的“大而散”现象;各子网络演化规律呈现差异化发展,规模增速缓慢且存在一定专业性壁垒;跨区域专利合作倾向于与政治、经济、科技、人才等资源丰富的区域进行合作,受区域经济发展水平影响显著,协同创新效率及技术合作广度仍有待进一步提高;区域内专利合作形成以成都、重庆为核心,以绵阳、宜宾为次核心的非均衡专利合作网络,创新资源配置欠协调。基于研究结论,提出构建持久稳定的产学研专利合作关系、提升网络密度,积极开展学科交叉融合、深化合作主体交流协作,加强跨区域专利合作网络建设、提升区域协同创新能力,构建内部资源共享平台、整合优化资源配置等建议,以期完善高校产学研专利合作网络理论、实现成渝双城经济圈高质量发展实践价值。 Since January 2020,when the state clearly proposed the promotion of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle,there has been a dearth of research on the industry-university-research patent cooperation network among universities in this region.Moreover,there is a lack of multidimensional analysis in terms of the collaboration between universities.In order to better understand the temporal and spatial evolution of the industry-university-research patent cooperation network,this paper focuses on the universities in the Chengdu-Chongqing region as the research object,utilizes patent data from 2006 to 2020,focusing on the authorized patents resulting of joint applications from Chengdu-Chongqing universities.Social network analysis methods are employed to comprehensively analyze the evolution characteristics of the industry-university-research patent cooperation network,considering the perspectives of school-school,school-college,and school-enterprise relationships.Additionally,the spatial dimension is introduced to explore regional evolutionary differences.The findings reveal that the overall structure of the industry-university-research patent cooperation network among Chengdu-Chongqing universities exhibits a large and scattered phenomenon,characterized by a rapid increase in the number of cooperative patents but a subsequent decline in network density;the evolution of each sub-network indicates distinct patterns of development,with slow growth rates and certain professional barriers;cross-regional patent cooperation tends to occur with regions rich in resources such as politics,economy,science and technology,and talents,the cooperation is significantly influenced by the level of regional economic development,suggesting the need for improvements in collaborative innovation efficiency and the breadth of technical cooperation,the region's patent cooperation network has formed an imbalanced structure,with Chengdu and Chongqing as the core and Mianyang and Yibin as secondary cores,indicating a lack of coordination in the allocation of innovation resources.Based on these findings,recommendations are proposed to establish a sustainable and stable industry-university-research patent cooperation relationship,enhance network density,promote interdisciplinary integration,deepen exchanges and cooperation among collaborative entities,strengthen the establishment of cross-regional patent cooperation networks,enhance regional collaborative innovation capabilities,establish an internal resource sharing platform,and optimize resource allocation,aim to enhance the theory of industry-university-research patent cooperation networks in universities and realize the practical value of high-quality development in the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle.
