氯水处理工艺流程改造

摘要 淡盐水脱氯系统换热器易堵塞、结垢,影响换热效果,甚至导致磁力泵易损坏。提出直接使用氯氢处理产生的氯水作为真空泵液环水的改造措施,简化了流程节省了设备投资。针对电解槽阳极液换热器易结垢堵塞的情况,提出了使用氯水作为冷却水的改造措施,稳定了生产。 The heat-exchanger for the dilute brine dechlorination system was prone to blockage and scaling,which affected the heat-exchange effect and even led to the damage of magnetic pump.The improvement measurers of directly using the chlorine water generated from hydrogen chloride treatment as the liquid ring water for vacuum pump was proposed.The improvement simplified the process and saved equipment investment.In response to the problem of scaling and blockage in the anode liquid heatexchanger,a renovation measure of using chlorine water as cooling water was proposed to stabilize production.
