摘要
农村电子商务在快速发展的同时,也存在一些无法回避的法律问题,其中最为突出的就是农产品质量标准和监管,以及消费者权益保障和责任承担问题。针对农产品电商现状,文章从交易主体市场准入和资格核准、农产品质量市场监管、消费者权益保护等角度切入,探索相应困境的法律解决途径,以期推动我国农产品电商良性发展。
With the rapid development of rural e-commerce,there are some unavoidable legal issues.The most prominent one is the quality standards and supervision of agricultural products,as well as consumer rights and in⁃terests protection and responsibility.In response of the current situation of e-commerce of agricultural products,this paper probes into the legal solutions to the corresponding difficulties from the angles of market access and qualification approval of transaction subjects,market supervision of agricultural products quality,protection of consumers'rights and interests,etc.,in order to promote the healthy development of agricultural products ecommerce in China.
