摘要
在“1+X”证书制度下实施产教融合人才培养模式,从不同的角度去提高学生的技能,能促进学生的全面发展。文章概述“1+X”证书制度以及试点的两大主体,分析“1+X”证书制度与产教融合人才培养模式的内在契合性,探讨“1+X”证书体系下高职院校产教融合人才培养模式出现的问题,指出高职院校产教融合人才培养模式的策略是在配置教育资源上不断创新,建构完善“X”证效用发挥体系,建立健全产教融合专业化人才评价体系,深化校企合作促进课证融合,加强师资培养和制度落实。
Implementing the model of integrating industry and education for talent cultivation under the"1+X"certificate system can improve students'skills from different perspectives and promote their comprehensive development.The article outlines the"1+X"certificate system and the two main subjects of the pilot project,analyzes the inherent compatibility between the"1+X"certificate system and the integrated industry education talent training mode,explores the problems that arise in the integrated industry education talent training mode of vocational colleges under the"1+X"certificate system,and points out that the strategy of the integrated industry education talent training mode of vocational colleges is to continuously innovate in the allocation of educational resources,construct and improve the"X"certificate effectiveness system,establish and improve a professional talent evaluation system for the integration of industry and education,deepen school enterprise cooperation to promote the integration of courses and certificates,and strengthen teacher training and institutional implementation.
