摘要
为提高煤泥水处理系统生产效率,选煤厂优化了煤泥水参数监测设备,升级了可视化控制系统,可准确提取煤泥水处理过程中的相关参数,形成闭环控制;研发了具有自学习功能的专家药量指导系统,实现加药标准化,加药消耗下降5%~10%;优化了压滤机群控系统,实现了多台压滤机有序自动排队作业,生产效率提升近20%。
In order to improve the production efficiency of the slime water treatment system,the coal preparation plant formed a closed-loop control by optimizing the monitoring equipment for the slime water parameter,upgrading the visual control system,and accurately extracting relevant parameters during the slime water treatment process.Then an expert dosage guidance system with self-learning function was developed to realize the standardization of dosing,and the consumption of dosing was reduced by 5%~10%.At the same time,the group control system of the filter press was optimized,achieving orderly automatic queuing operation of multiple filter presses,and improving production efficiency by nearly 20%.
