有机聚合物覆膜种类对天然石英砂压裂支撑剂短期导流能力的影响

Research on Effect of Organic Polymer Coating Type on the Short-term Conductivity of Natural Quartz Sand Fracturing Proppants

摘要 天然石英砂压裂支撑剂具有成本低、来源广的优点,但具有短期导流能力低的缺点。有机聚合物包覆在天然石英砂压裂支撑剂表面,是提高短期导流能力的重要方法。以酚醛树脂、环氧树脂、呋喃树脂、聚氨酯为包覆剂,研究了聚合物种类对石英砂支撑剂短期导流能力的影响。结果表明:当采用同种有机聚合物时,其用量为6%时,提高闭合压力,短期导流能力持续降低;当闭合压力相同时(压力范围10~60 MPa),环氧树脂所得覆膜砂短期导流能力最高(56.13~7.05μm^(2)·cm),呋喃树脂所得覆膜砂短期导流能力最低(38.13~2.66μm^(2)·cm),酚醛树脂和聚氨酯所得覆膜砂短期导流能力居中,分别为51.02~5.96μm^(2)·cm和45.56~4.13μm^(2)·cm。该研究可为制备高短期导流能力的覆膜砂提供一定的思路。 The natural quartz sand fracturing proppants have the advantages of low cost and wide source,but they have the disadvantage of low short-term conductivity.The film coating method is an important way to improve the short-term conductivity by coating a organic polymer on the surface of the natural quartz sand fracturing proppants to prepare the film sands.Four kinds of the film sands were prepared by using the phenolic resin,epoxy resin,furan resin and polyurethane as coating agents respectively.The effects of the different types of organic polymers on the short-term conductivity of the natural quartz sand proppants were studied.The results showed that when the same organic polymer was used,the closure pressure increased and the short-term conductivity continued to decrease when the dosage was 6%.The short-term conductivity of the film sands obtained by the epoxy resin was the highest(56.13~7.05μm^(2)·cm),and that of the film sands obtained by the furan resin was the lowest(38.13~2.66μm^(2)·cm).When the closing pressure was the same(10~60 MPa),the film sands obtained by the phenolic resin and the polyurethane had the medium short-term conductivity,they were 51.02~5.96μm^(2)·cm and 45.56~4.13μm^(2)·cm,respectively.This study can provide some ideas for preparing the film sands with high short-term conductivity.
