7种植物源活性成分对百香果蓟马的毒力和驱避行为测定 被引量:3

摘要 为了研究7种植物源活性成分对百香果蓟马毒力和诱驱行为,采用室内毒力测定方法测定植物源活性成分对百香果蓟马的毒力,应用嗅觉仪检测植物源活性成分对百香果蓟马的驱避性。结果表明,7种植物源成分对百香果蓟马毒力为:马鞭草烯酮(LC50=157.359 mg·L^(-1))>丁香酚(LC50=312.678 mg·L^(-1))>D-柠檬烯(LC50=370.241 mg·L^(-1))>臭椿酮(LC50=421.410 mg·L^(-1))>茉莉酸甲酯(LC50=2704.755 mg·L^(-1))>香茅醛>(LC50=5105.572 mg·L^(-1))>槟榔碱(LC50=5554.923 mg·L^(-1));7种植物源成分对百香果蓟马诱驱行为表现为,D-柠檬烯对蓟马有显著的吸引作用,茉莉酸甲酯、槟榔碱、马鞭草烯酮、臭椿酮、香茅醛对蓟马有显著的驱避作用。综上,马鞭草烯酮、丁香酚、D-柠檬烯、臭椿酮对百香果蓟马具有较强的毒力,可根据其对蓟马的诱驱特性进一步研究开发,研究结果为利用植物源活性成分开发防治百香果蓟马的植物源农药新产品提供了技术支撑。 In order to study the toxicity and repellent behavior of seven plant-derived active ingredients against Thrips in Passiflora edulis.The toxicity of plant-derived active ingredients to the Thrips was determined by indoor toxicity determination method,and the repellency of plant-derived active ingredients to the Thrips was detected by olfactometer.The results showed that the toxicity of seven plant-derived components to Thrips was as follows:verbenone(LC50=157.359 mg·L^(-1))>eugenol(LC50=312.678 mg·L^(-1))>D-limonene(LC50=370.241 mg·L^(-1))>ailanthone(LC50=421.410 mg·L^(-1))>methyl jasmonate(LC50=2704.755 mg·L^(-1))>citronellal(LC50=5105.572 mg·L^(-1))>arecoline(LC50=5554.923 mg·L^(-1)).The repellent behavior of seven plant-derived components to Thrips was as follows:D-limonene had a significant attraction to Thrips,methyl jasmonate,arecoline,verbenone,ailanthone and citronellal had a significant repellent effect on Thrips.In conclusions,Verbenone,eugenol,D-limonene and ailanthone have strong toxicity to passionfruit Thrips,which can be further studied and developed according to their attractive characteristics to Thrips.The research results provide technical support for the development of new plant-based pesticide products for the control of passionfruit Thrips using plant-based active ingredients.
