适用于糯玉米单倍体组培鉴别诱导系的筛选研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着单倍体育种技术的发展,单倍体组培鉴别技术已越来越多地应用于玉米育种中。为了筛选出适用于组培法的糯玉米单倍体幼胚鉴别诱导系,以3个糯玉米材料(‘申科紫甜糯699’‘申科甜糯99’及‘黄糯9号’)为母本,以普通玉米‘郑单958’作为对照材料,利用4个单倍体诱导系杂交授粉,根据不同杂交组合显色情况筛选出适用于糯玉米单倍体组培鉴别的诱导系。结果表明:不同的诱导系的显色率之间存在显著差异,4个诱导系中CHOI4的表现最好,其作为父本的杂交组合显色率为80.60%—88.72%。该研究可改善部分糯玉米单倍体鉴别效率低,为单倍体育种技术在糯玉米中的应用提供理论依据。 With the development of haploid breeding technology,haploid tissue culture identification technology has been increasingly applied in maize breeding.In order to screen induction lines suitable for tissue culture identification of haploid immature embryos of waxy maize,three waxy maize materials(‘SKZTN 699’‘SKTN 99’and‘HN 9’)were used as female parents,and ordinary maize‘ZD 958’was used as control material.Four haploid induction lines were hybridized and pollinated,and induction lines suitable for tissue culture identification of waxy maize haploids were selected based on the color development of different hybrid combinations.The results showed that there were significant differences in the color rendering rates among different induction lines.Among the four induction lines,CHOI4 performed the best,with a color rendering rate of 80.60%-88.72%for its hybrid combination as the male parent.This study can improve the low efficiency of haploid identification in some waxy maize varieties,providing a theoretical basis for the application of haploid breeding techniques in waxy maize.
