针织毛衫柔性供应链关键技术及实践

摘要 文章探索和建设以“个性化定制”为特征的针织毛衫柔性供应链体系。对基于物联网的全成形电脑横机、基于工业互联网的针织毛衫C2M(客户直连工厂)定制平台、针织毛衫智能工艺软件、针织毛衫个性化定制App及线上线下智慧服务等柔性供应链关键技术进行研究。在此基础上,实践针织毛衫行业柔性供应链。结果表明:一线成形编织技术可解决毛衫行业用工难、缝合工序缺人手现状,C2M定制平台可整合和优化配置针织毛衫全产业链资源,智能工艺软件将降低针织毛衫个性化定制难度,个性化定制App及线上线下多途径智慧服务将增加用户黏性;柔性供应链及相关技术,有助于实现毛衫产业转型升级。 The paper explored and built a flexible supply chain system for knitted cardigans characterized by“personalized customization”.The key technologies of the flexible supply chain were studied,such as the wearable flat knitting machine based on the Internet of Things,the C2M customization platform for knitted sweaters based on the industrial Internet,the intelligent technology software for knitted cardigans,the personalized customization App for knitted cardigans,and online and offline intelligent services.On this basis,the flexible supply chain of knitted cardigan industry was practiced.The practice results show that the knit to shape technology can solve the problem of labor shortage in the cardigan industry.The C2M customization platform can integrate and optimize the configuration of the whole industry chain resources of knitted cardigans.The intelligent plate making software will reduce the difficulty of personalized customization of knitted cardigans.The personalized customization App and online and offline multi-channel intelligent services will greatly increase user stickiness.Flexible supply chain and its related technologies will help realize the transformation and upgrading of the cardigan industry.
