摘要
介绍了一种单截割电机形式薄煤层采煤机摇臂。针对大功率薄煤层采煤机摇臂高温问题,从高速级齿轮线速度、摇臂体积、摇臂内腔结构三方面进行了分析,并从热源产生、散热、腔体通畅性三方面制定了解决措施。
Introduced a single cutting motor form of rocker arm of thin seam shearer.In response to the problem of high temperature in the rocker arm of high-power thin seam shearer,analysis was conducted from three aspects of high-speed gear line speed,rocker arm volume and rocker arm inner cavity structure.Solutions were formulated from three aspects of heat source generation,heat dissipation and cavity patency.
