摘要
本研究采用QuEChERS-气相色谱质谱联用法,测定豇豆中倍硫磷亚砜含量不确定度。结果表明,豇豆中倍硫磷亚砜含量不确定度主要与倍硫磷亚砜中标准溶液的配制过程相关。
This study used QuEChERS gas chromatography-mass spectrometry to determine the uncertainty of sulfoxide content in cowpea.The results indicate that the uncertainty of the content of sulfoxide in cowpea is mainly related to the preparation process of the standard solution in sulfoxide.
